  The staff here always goes above and beyond. The Manager (Margaret? Margie?) was so kind. She saw that I was having a rough day and listened to my whole story... she wasn’t pushy, just asked how I could ‘take care of myself better.” But she really cared, not a sales pitch. The extra tall girl named Heather was also very knowledgeable! I will be back! Rose H

  Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! It’s unfortunate because I love Bath & Body Works, but this location was a bad one. No one asked if we needed help, the girl at the register was incredibly rude when I checked out and acted like she did not want to be bothered by me at all. I bought $120 worth of candles but did not get any cardboard candle holders in my shopping bag. On my way home, they rolled around in my car and broke. Very disappointed. :(
