  I had an emergency and needed a piece of luggage and although the sales clerk appeared to be helpful and said she would go and back and look for a suitcase on wheels, then upon her return told me there were none. I went to another section of the store and upon my return to their luggage aisle there were 4 suitcases with wheels that had appeared. Meaning the clerk that said she would help me and understood my situation as emergent did not go and look and somebody else came and put those out. Therefore, the clerk helping me lied to my face. She has no business collecting a paycheck from Goodwill to stand around and do nothing. Her job on the sales floor is to help customers and she did not do her job which is why I will never go back to that Goodwill. Not to mention it is completely packed with old suburban women salivating at the thought of purchasing overpriced donated items, every time I go. For example, on the big sale days I see women fighting over items and it's disgusting. Yet another reason I hate the suburbs! My suggestion is that you avoid the Goodwill in Coon Rapids at all costs!
