  Experience at the jewelry counter to get two watch batteries replaced was...pretty awful. It took about 5 minutes of standing at the counter (with someone helping another customer, and a manager flitting around the area) to even be acknowledged, and that was by someone who wasn't even working the jewelry counter. The next 10 minutes was this (very nice) worker changing the battery of one watch, and waiting for another employee for help with the other battery. The last 5 minutes was made up of banter between this employee and another (fairly rude) manager. Not a great experience.
