  If I could give zero stars I would. I own a small business that requires 2 clothes dryers to be functional at all times. I had a dryer go down last friday and needed a quick replacement. I called the Outlet to try and order one over the phone and was told I either had to order online or visit the store 30 miles from my business. I ordered online, I opted for the "standard shipping" option which said delivery would be on Thursday, 3 days from when the order was placed. I added the 3 yr extended warranty and completed the transaction. Later that day I received an email from them stating someone would contact me within 24 hrs to verify shipping. WELL.... Thursday comes, no call no dryer. I know have a backlog of about 500 towels and we are running out of towels to use on guests. I call sears, they inform that they are a separate company from online and that the will not be delivery my unit for another week!!! I was on the phone with them for 30 minutes trying to find a reasonable solution-they did absolutely nothing to address their screw up. So, off to Appliance Smart, they had me in and out in 20 minutes and took the old dryer off my hands. Could this be why Sears is closing stores nation wide? People expect service along with sales.
